Core capture, memo storage, and local review flows work without a TONKLEY account, required server login, cloud sync, or purchase flow.
Cloud by explicit choice
Optional cloud LLM review is a user choice, not a silent default. It requires provider setup and confirmation before memo content is sent.
Clear boundary
Inmemoir does not connect to brokerage accounts, move money, place orders, manage assets, or decide actions for users.
