App Store preparation
Inmemoir App Privacy Labels
Last updated: 29 June 2026
This page records the current App Privacy preparation position for Inmemoir. The shipped binary, third-party SDKs, network behavior, and App Store Connect questions should be checked again before submission.
Default local-first mode
- Tracking: No.
- Data Used to Track You: None.
- Data collected by TONKLEY INNOVATIONS LTD. in default local-only use: None.
Reason: audio is requested for on-device Apple Speech transcription by default, and memo text is stored locally on the user's device by default.
Conservative App Store Connect answer path
The prepared v1.0 binary includes user-selectable OpenAI-compatible review/synthesis provider paths, but no third-party cloud ASR provider, no sign-in, no cloud sync, and no in-app purchases. Unless the optional cloud LLM paths are removed or hidden before submission, use the conservative App Store Connect path below.
- Tracking: No.
- Data Used to Track You: None.
- User Content > Other User Content: App Functionality, when the user sends memo content or review context to an optional cloud LLM provider.
- Linked to user: treat as linked for the current submission unless the final provider implementation is verified to de-identify content before provider access.
Data present in the app but local by default
- User Content > Audio Data: voice recordings used for transcription.
- User Content > Other User Content: memo text, notes, symbols, tags, review answers, and draft content.
In default local-first mode, this data is not collected by TONKLEY INNOVATIONS LTD. because it stays on device.
Permissions
- Microphone: required to record voice memos.
- Speech Recognition: required for Apple Speech transcription.
Permissions are separate from App Privacy labels, but the permission prompts, privacy policy, and App Store metadata should match the same local-first promise.
Events that require review before submission
- Adding analytics, crash reporting, telemetry, advertising, or tracking SDKs.
- Adding accounts, cloud sync, marketplace import, remote configuration, or server-side memo storage.
- Adding third-party cloud ASR or changing speech recognition to a cloud default.
- Sending memo text, transcripts, review context, or audio to a third-party provider by default.
