For App Store downloads, Inmemoir uses Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement unless a different license is selected in App Store Connect.

Conservative App Store Connect path for the current prepared binary:

• Data Used to Track You: None.
• User Content > Other User Content: App Functionality, only when optional cloud LLM review is enabled and confirmed.
• Default local-only use: audio and memos stay on device and are not collected by TONKLEY INNOVATIONS LTD.

Export Compliance And Encryption

• Contains encryption: Yes, standard Apple/platform and network security only.
• Observed uses: iOS Keychain for user-provided cloud LLM credentials, Apple platform security, and HTTPS URLSession requests for optional cloud LLM review.
• Non-standard or proprietary cryptography: none identified in the current project scan.
• Expected App Store Connect posture: no non-exempt encryption, subject to final archive verification and Apple's export compliance questionnaire.

Login And Account Requirement

• Login required: No.
• Demo account required for review: No.
• Core workflows are available without a TONKLEY account, subscription, in-app purchase, brokerage connection, or server-side login.

Cloud Upload / Provider Disclosure

• Cloud upload by default: No.
• Third-party cloud ASR: not included in this release. Speech capture uses Apple Speech strict local mode by default, with Apple Speech Fallback as an optional system-level fallback.
• Cloud LLM review/synthesis: optional, off by default, requires user-provided API configuration and explicit consent before memo content or review context is sent.
• Provider processing is governed by the selected provider's own terms and privacy policy.

Product Boundary

Inmemoir is a private journal and reasoning review tool. It does not connect to brokerage accounts, move money, place orders, manage assets, or decide actions for users.

Review Notes Summary

No sign-in is required. Reviewers can launch the app, open Capture, grant Microphone and Speech Recognition permissions if prompted, record or edit a sample memo, save it locally, open Memoir, open Review, and inspect Settings / Privacy and Compliance.
