For downloads through the App Store, Inmemoir uses Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement unless a different license is selected in App Store Connect.

Product scope
Inmemoir is a private journal and reasoning review tool. It helps users record thoughts, structure memo drafts, and review the user's own thesis, assumptions, risks, evidence, emotion or bias, and revisit triggers.
Inmemoir is not a broker, bank, exchange, fund, asset-management service, tax service, legal service, or regulated financial service. The app does not connect to brokerage accounts, move money, place orders, manage assets, or decide actions for users.
User responsibility
Users remain responsible for their own research, judgement, risk assessment, and real-world actions. Any app output should be treated as a prompt for further thinking, not as an instruction.
User content
Users are responsible for the content they record, save, import, or submit to optional providers. Do not use Inmemoir to store unlawful content or content you do not have permission to process.
Optional cloud providers
Optional cloud LLM review is off by default. If a user enables an optional cloud LLM provider, the user is responsible for reviewing that provider's terms, privacy policy, and data handling practices. Inmemoir v1.0 does not include a third-party cloud ASR provider.
No warranty
Inmemoir is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. Software features, provider support, transcription availability, and platform behavior may change over time.
